Return/Exchange Instructions:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Process:

• Once your request is approved, your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days.

• Refunds will be sent via InstaPay after we receive the returned product at our office (within one week).

Important Notes:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• A 75 EGP handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.
